We organized a service centre to provide technical support for full range of equipment supplied by "Technoconsulting".
The personnel of the service centre consist of qualified engineers, trained & certified in companies, which manufacture the delivered equipment (CIM, De La Rue, Wincor Nixdorf).
In 2002, the company opened regional service centres in Odessa and Kharkov. Within the next few months a new representative office will be opened in Donetsk.
We are proud to say that the number of service centre personnel is stable and has a tendency to grow.
Thanks to their wide experience, our service engineers can do repairs of any complexity. We have our own production cycle that allows to react to demands of our customers promptly.
Today we provide services to:
- More than 150 cash dispensers;
- 35 embossers;
- 5 note sorters;
- More than 100 thermal printers;
- Numerous coin and note counters
The service centre is linked to the R&D department. This makes possible modifications of firmware according to customers' needs.
Our customers can be sure that working with our company they get following service advantages:
- Guaranteed terms of restoration of serviceability of the equipment (24 hours for Kiev locations, 48 hours for other locations in Ukraine);
- Warranty service of all supplied equipment within 12 months;
- After-sales and service support.
Besides, we provide a "hot line" support for our customers, i.e. bank officers, at their desk, can get advice on their equipment maintenance by telephone or e-mail.
